High Quality in small, portable package

Surprised by strength of this small stand. It isn’t light, but the weight is important to me, knowing it won’t easily fall over. Very pleased!

They are fast in delivering and and responded to my inquiries quickly and professionally! The product is quality and easy to use.

goSTAND mic/tablet stand

Works great with the universal Manos mount .. all you need to offer is a bag for transport

— Sharon B. on March 25, 2019

Great Mic Stand

This is my second stand and the only reason for the purchase is that a turn screws stripped and so did the boom.

I always took care not to overtighten and yet it did. In any case, it’s a super convenient stand so I opted to buy another for a discount. I hope I have better luck with this one!

— FRANK K. on January 7, 2019

Excellent product & customer service.

I have purchased 6 of these stands so far, so that all of my performers have the same music stands when they play for weddings.

— Gretchen E. on December 26, 2018

Excellent stand! One of a kind!

For the musician traveling as compact as possible, this is the only way to go!

I did not find any competing products that were this good or this small.
With this stand I can get in and out of my gig with one trip. What could be better?

— Jonathan W. on December 6, 2018

Ipad stand

Love it. Bought a second one for my wife.

— Mack J. on December 5, 2018

Love this stand!

This is super easy to set up, durable for constant gig use, and very light weight for portability!

— Pamela M. on November 17, 2018

Love it!

Exactly as described, works perfectly for practice and gigs. Positions iPad precisely where I want it, and folds really small. I would buy a little canvas bag for it with a shoulder strap if available.

— Cathy B. on October 22, 2018

Perfect for our application

Robust solution for the traveling musician using iPad Pro. Love it. Keep buying them for friends!

Mixed feelings

I’m giving this product 4 stars overall because I really appreciated the excellent service from Airturn when responding to problems with the GoStand/Tablet holder. This is my second stand. A portable stand is such a great idea. But this product is not well made, the design could be so much better, it breaks (and I’m not rough on my equipment), and you should be able to buy parts of the equipment as they wear out, not have to buy the whole thing. I’m hoping that the designer/manufacturers go back to the drawing board and design with better materials. I would pay more money to have something that lasted longer. I need long-term reliability.

Sturdy, Stable & Packs Small

goSTAND is the perfect companion to the Manos (also by Airturn) tablet/pad holder. This stand is sturdy, stable and packs small. Playing tuba, I have enough to carry so my accessories must be light and efficient (did I mention Airturn’s bluetooth page turners?).

— Marc L. on April 1, 2018

goSTAND Portable Mic

Outstanding product! I can now carry my mic stand to my gigs.

— Steve A. on February 13, 2018

Cool little Tiny!

Great little stand - seems relatively sturdy though I haven’t been able to hit the mean streets with it yet! I have been using it in the home space and it’s been super groovy with the boom i stole off of my kick drum mic stand - thanks!

— Gene S. on December 20, 2017

Excellent!!!

Love it. Works perfectly.

— Armin A. on November 13, 2017

Great mic and stand system

I've been using a goStand system with my main mic and tablet for over a year. Recently, I decided that there was no reason to keep using regular microphone stands and booms, because they take up so much room. So now I have "standardized" to goStands for all of my work. Much more convenient!

— Willard P. on November 11, 2017

goStand MANOS Universal Tqblet Holder

I’m enjoying both

— Joyce K. on November 11, 2017

Small and Solid

Perfect for the iPad clip, but all-around super stand for mics etc. Solid and stable but small enough for my gig bag. Great design!

— Stephen P. on November 11, 2017

goStand can't be beat!

I am a music videographer and for most of my shoots, I am a one-man crew, which means schlepping a lot of gear, sometimes for long

distances. The goSTAND directly replaces a mic stand that is bigger and
way heavier, without sacrificing function or performance. In fact, it
functions better than a standard stand in many cases where the mic needs
to be placed in a tricky low position without getting in the way of the
performers or of the shot. It is well built, cleverly designed, and you
can't beat the price.

Great Product

It does everything advertised. One thing: it might could be a little sturdier because when extended with a good sized tablet attached it rocks a little hen using the finger to select. But other than that ( and this is a little ting) I love it and would buy another one.

— Steve on June 10, 2016

Compact, well-made

Just what I was looking for: a compact mike stand for the solo performer who has to carry all his equipment by himself. It is very well-constructed, well- designed, and sturdy. Excellent product.

— Cleveland on May 3, 2016

Compact and versatile

I bought this gostand for my tablet and really like the variety of positions it can configure. The legs can adjust to uneven floors or adjusted to go over my Roland pedal. It collapses small for easy transporting.

— Betty Jo on April 1, 2016

Solid and portable

I needed a secure iPad stand that would fit in luggage. This is it. Stands up to wind when playing outdoors, but small enough to fit in a tote bag. Easy to set up to the height I want. Exactly what I needed.

— Fran on February 15, 2016

Great quality stand that weighs almost nothing

We have outfitted our quintet with iPad Pros running ForScore. Musicians are notoriously careless with equipment so protection was our primary concern. We purchased Gumdrop Cases covers that offer great protection from drops but makes the iPad Pro a bit more bulky than most cases.

The Manos mount works great, even with the extra large case. We also purchased the goStand and AirTurn Ped for each as well as a clamp-on holder for the Violins/Violas/Bows. What we have is a VERY sturdy stand and mount for the iPad pro with pedal to turn pages and a place for the musicians to hang their instrument and bow when not playing. With over 10,000 pieces of sheet music scanned and categorized, we have a whole library of music for weddings and events that can be searched easily and playlists programmed for minimal silence between songs.

I highly recommend the Manos, goStand/ PED combination. Each stand weighs less than a typical music stand and compacts into a very small package.

Great stand

The Airturn company are great, quick to respond to questions and concerns. This is a generally well designed stand, especially because it has leg adjustments that allow for uneven surfaces. That stability is so important if you have an expensive iPad held on it! I would wish for 2 more things for this stand: 1) a sleeve to put it in, which prevents it from jostling/breaking other items in a backpack since it's solid metal and many other things are plastic and/or glass; and 2) a much better screw/thread system at the top - it's awkward to put the tablet mount on.

Lightest, most compact stand I've ever found

Full disclosure: I have two of these. I bought one as soon as I read the specifications. I also entered the company's contest and I won one! The stand that I purchased arrived in great shape. A few days later, the prize stand arrived, but was damaged. it had a damaged middle set-screw thread, but the company promptly replaced the damaged product. I like the product, but I love the company's support. When replacing the damaged prize stand, the company inadvertently send me two replacements. When I contacted them about the extra stand and offered to pay for it, they said, nope - just pay it forward and give it to one of your musician buddies. So now a jazz singer friend has a Go-Stand for her microphone, and she likes it just fine.

The Go-stand is a great find. I've been looking for years for a stand small and light enough to fit into a backpack or small duffel - or the front pocket of a guitar gig bag. This one does. Its 3-piece main shaft is the secret. The lightweight aluminum makes it extremely portable. The set-screws used to secure each shaft extension need a bit of care - as I said, the first prize stand arrived with a damaged middle set-screw. But I've had no trouble with the replacement. So at $59, the Go-Stand is nearly triple the cost of the standard mail-order microphone boom stand, but it's a ton easier to carry and does the job. I think it's money well-spent.

Good Product

I use the Gostand Portable Mic and tablet stand for my iPad Air and love it! I use it when I play gigs and I use it as a stand for my iPad when I'm teaching private lessons and conducting. I have a K&M holder for the iPad itself and it fits perfectly on the Gostand. I highly recommend the stand. It's sturdy, and extends very high and folds down to a tight 15". I would definitely buy this product again.

First time use was great!

I purchased this stand knowing that, being an instrumentalist, I would eventually need it for hands-free page turning during performance of my now digital music. It worked great. My iPad was held firmly in place when this stand was combined with a manis mount. It is well worth the investment!

— Karen Stein on July 1, 2015

Great,compact design

Packs down to nice small size, but has the sturdiness of full size stand.

— anonymous on February 8, 2015

Finally a compact, lightweight mic stand

When I got into this business of performing, the first thing I purchased was a mic stand.

Now there is a product available that collapses down to less than half the size of a regular mic stand and weighs less than those old lead bases!

Thank you AirTurn!

(BTW - I highly recommend your Digit II to all of my colleagues)

— Peter Mennie, Magician, VIP, Entertainer on January 30, 2015

An elegant solution!

The Gostand portable mic and music stand provided an elegant solution to the problems of carrying a full sized stand to hold my iPad mini filled with music.

It is light, small, strong and stable and when paired with the Manos tablet mount is perfect! No more do I need to carry heavy music books or a clunky stand to gigs or practice!

Wow! Paired with the Airturn and it is elegant!

A very portable mic/implement stand

Product appears well made although less hefty than a regular mic stand. It should be made very obvious (more obvious, maybe?) that it requires a boom, which is often included in regular mic stands. Also, the upper tubes of the stand are of a much lighter gauge, which affects what attachments can be applied to them (ipad holders, cupholders, etc). One of the turning screw heads has already broken, but not to the point that the unit is unusable.Nonetheless, it is VERY portable and adjustable, and seems to be well-machined. I am reasonably satisfied with the purchase,
