Borrowing a technique from my amateur organ playing days (back when I was playing for Church services with an old Allen pipe organ), I came up with a neat workaround to the old problem of removing the left foot from the Una corda (soft) pedal to tap the AirTurn page turning pedal:

This video was taken with my Samsung Omnia 5 MP camera. In essence, rather than using the toe of the foot to move back and forth between the pedals, I can now keep my toe on the soft pedal, and use my heel to tap the AirTurn pedal set at an angle to comfortably accommodate the new foot position. To ensure that the pedal doesn't slip away during performances on a dusty (=slippery) wooden stage, I use a piece of carpet-runner anti-slip rubber matting.
