If the product list or search do not look current, this is probably due to a caching issue. For faster loading, the website is setup to cache for 1 month. You can clear the cache in order to make sure all the content is up-to-date.
Cache can be cleared by going to Settings > Clear Caches.
It's possible for the search index to occasionally become out of sync (especially after deleting certain entries). When that happens, you can re-index the search engine by going to Globals > Algolia Search Index, and clicking on whichever button corresponds to the section needing to be re-indexed.
