Reseller Application

AirTurn, Inc. offers three types of reseller options. Please check your preferred selling options in the application form below (more than one can be
selected):

Affiliate Program
This program is for those who are interest in promoting AirTurn casually or passively through emails or website banners. This program pays a referral fee for pass through leads that convert to sales. You can sign up for this program at http://airturnaffiliate.com

Dropship Reseller
This program is for an active reseller who promotes the product on their website or store but does not want to stock it. We set you up as a reseller on our site and you place the order with the drop ship information and we take care of the rest. No stocking or inventory management for you.

Stocking Reseller
All AirTurn Page Turners with Foot Switches. Minimum initial order to qualify for stocking reseller discount is 10 units mix and match.

Terms and Conditions

After your company has been set up, we will provide you with a standard discount appropriate to your level of purchase. You may place your orders on-line using our store. Credit Card and other payment options on-line are accepted for orders under $1000USD. Orders over $1000 must be entered using the Purchase order option and then sending a wire transfer or use Western Union FX services. (Other payment options are also available.) Shipments will be made upon a cleared transaction.

All shipments are FOB Nederland, CO. Customer is responsible for all taxes, custom fees, import taxes etc. (Special arrangements may be made for CIF and FOB destination shipments.)

Reseller agrees to represent the AirTurn products in good faith and provide basic technical support, including return authorizations to customers for failed product. AirTurn will replace any returned product on subsequent orders. Reseller will return any failed product for credit. AirTurn provides a one year warranty on all products except as otherwise noted with the product documentation.

Reseller agrees to 15% MAP on AirTurn products.

All prices are subject to change without notice however AirTurn will make a good faith effort to announce price changes with 30 days advance notice.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time by email notice from AirTurn.
